Offering work experience to university students benefits everyone. We receive many enquiries and applications, so there are limited places. Placements can be available across the state of Queensland in a variety of programs. Placements should be organised through your university’s student placement services and directed to [email protected] with the subject: “University Placement” detailing the desired venue.
All students must undergo a police check and obtain a valid Blue Card prior to commencement.
Clinical placements
RAQ can offer clinical placements in many venues across Queensland to students studying behavioural or social sciences, social work, human services, psychology or counselling.
Other work experience
Less frequently, we may be able to accommodate work experience requests to students outside of these specialisations. These should still be organised by your university’s student placement services to ensure the appropriate level of insurances.
