Watch this VideoAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking applications for a permanent part-time (22.5 hours per week) position of Team Leader to have a presence at both our Bundaberg and Maryborough venues.Please note, the successful applicant to have ability to travel regularly between Bundaberg and Maryborough venue to meet operational requirements of the program.The role will see you support the team both from a clinical perspective as well as the day-to-day operations of the venue. Importantly, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing a team to build a cohesive and high performing culture.Clinical Service Delivery:You will be responsible for the smooth running of all front line service delivery by providing leadership and support to clinical practitioners, in the areas of complex case management, clinical decision making, duty of care issues, diary management and performance management, ensuring a consistent and high standard of service is provided to clients across RAQ. In undertaking this component of the role it is expected that you will be familiar with all services offered within the region.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess undergraduate level qualifications in Social or Behavioural Sciences. The key responsibilities of this position include:Substantial experience in providing case management, consultation and support to clinical practitioners.Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review.Experience in client service delivery including but not limited to; complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response.Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human services.The salary being offered is between $96,154.50 to $108,361.50 per annum pro-rata, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging options, where eligible, which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay.What We Can Offer YouWork-life balance and flexible working hoursAdditional annual leave over the Christmas period, annual leave loading and study leaveA supportive team environment and opportunity for professional developmentSalary packaging options available of up to $15,900, which will significantly increase the value of take-home payPaid parental leave and additional benefits such as medical insurance discountsHow to ApplyTo apply, send us your resume and a cover letter outlining your demonstrated experience.
