Watch this VideoAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking applications for a permanent part-time (22.5 hours per week) position of Team Leader to have a presence at both our Bundaberg and Maryborough venues.Please note, the successful applicant to have ability to travel regularly between Bundaberg and Maryborough venue to meet operational requirements of the program.The role will see you support the team both from a clinical perspective as well as the day-to-day operations of the venue. Importantly, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing a team to build a cohesive and high performing culture.Clinical Service Delivery:You will be responsible for the smooth running of all front line service delivery by providing leadership and support to clinical practitioners, in the areas of complex case management, clinical decision making, duty of care issues, diary management and performance management, ensuring a consistent and high standard of service is provided to clients across RAQ. In undertaking this component of the role it is expected that you will be familiar with all services offered within the region.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess undergraduate level qualifications in Social or Behavioural Sciences.
