This position will have a strong focus on managing the effective delivery of services for clients within Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities.Under a portfolio of programs, you will provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:Complex case managementClinical decision makingDuty of careDiary managementPerformance managementThis position will also provide back-up operational support to Administration Officers/Family Information Officers in the resolution of issues pertaining to client service delivery and property.Experience in therapeutic intervention to individuals affected by DFV by employing contemporary theoretical and evidence-based clinical approaches that are culturally alignedAbout You:To be considered for this, you will have.An undergraduate level qualification in Social or Behavioural SciencesDemonstrated experience in driving excellence in service delivery and performance.Demonstrated experience in leadership and supporting teams through change.Experience in providing case management, consultation and support to clinical practitioners.Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review.Experience in client service delivery including complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response.Extensive experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to the provision of human servicesAbility to work some evenings if required to meet operational requirements of the role.What We Can Offer YouThe salary being offered is between $101,202.61 to $114,017.97 per annum pro rata, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
