This position plays a coordination role specific to clients within the POP, including intake and assessment, information, advice and referral, and child focused education and skill development.The key responsibilities of this position include:Undertaking client assessment through intakeDeveloping and implementing case management plans for clients, whilst maintaining client focused practiceDelivering education to groups and individuals, including separated parents or other person’s impacted by separation (such as grandparents)Please note that the position holder is required to work an evening shift weekly, with some flexibility needed in order to meet business requirements.About YouTo be successful in this position, you willPossess a relevant undergraduate qualification in the social or behavioural sciences, paired with experience working with families in high conflict situations.Have theoretical and demonstrated knowledge of the impact of trauma and conflictual situations on the care, behaviour and development of children and their needs, andHave knowledge, understanding and application of current and relevant legislations and regulations relating to family law and domestic violence.What We Can Offer You!The salary being offered is between $80,963.63 to $94,619.10 per annum, pro rata for part time, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
