Duties include managing matters arising from individual and enterprise agreement interpretation, application and negotiation, supporting industrial action and Fair Work hearings, and disciplinary measures.If successful you’ll manage a client base, via a business partnering model, to provide coaching and strategic support to plan and achieve both immediate and long term business goals.
