The role is on a part time basis working 45 hours per fortnight. Workdays/hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant.The purpose of this position is to develop and maintain links and networks within the family law service providers.  This includes hosting information events and forums, developing resources, and meeting with stakeholders.The key responsibilities of this position include:Actively promote family law issues and its services within the local community.Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the family law community.Develop forums, focus groups, events, and information/education sessions to meet the needs of key stakeholders through identified gaps in family law knowledge with the local community.Development of fundraising events and activities to support and supplement grant budget.Coordination of select social media promotion of the Family Law Pathways Network in consultation with Team Leader and Steering Committee.Coordination of Steering Committee.In consultation with the Team Leaders and Regional Managers, conduct systematic evaluation and research as to the effectiveness of programs executed by this program.Maintain a local resource file including details of local services and key stakeholders, relevant information and education packs, and other relevant resources.The salary being offered is $80,963.63 to $94,619.10 per annum pro rata, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.About YouTo be successful in this position, you will haveAn undergraduate tertiary qualifications in the social / behavioural sciences or law with understanding of theoretical frameworks and models of adult education and community developmentKnowledge of and the ability to apply relevant legislation and regulations relating to Family LawDemonstrated ability to develop resources, information, education and awareness programs and highly developed time management skills.What We Can Offer YouWork-life balance and flexible working hoursAdditional annual leave over the Christmas period, annual leave loading and study leaveA supportive team environment and opportunity for professional developmentSalary packaging options available of up to $15,900, which will significantly increase the value of take-home payPaid parental leave and additional benefits such as medical insurance discountsHow to ApplyTo apply, send us your resume and a cover letter, outlining your demonstrated experience in each area.
