Our teams provide services from more than 30 centres and employ over 400 employees across Queensland.  We offer a range of exciting benefits such as work/life balance, a supportive team environment, paid parental leave and salary packaging arrangements.About the RoleWe are currently seeking applications for the full-time role (37.5 hours per week) of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Service Desk Officer working from home and our offices in Eight Mile Plains.The purpose of this position is to provide first point of contact support and problem resolution for RAQ applications and systems.The key responsibilities of this position include:High quality customer serviceService request management and resolution of service ticketsMaintain the Asset Register, respond to asset requests (including set up and configuration), and management of warranty processesManage, maintain and deliver documentation relevant to the RAQ infrastructure and systems, processes, end-user and knowledge basePlease note that the position holder will be required to participate in the ICT after-hours on-call roster.
