Watch this VideoAbout the RoleWe are currently accepting applications for the Administration Officer role as follows: Fixed Term 12 months role until 20 December 2024Part time 22.5 hours per weekLocated at Townsville venueHourly rate between $32.21 to $35.14The key responsibilities of this position include:Providing broad administrative support to the management team across the Greater Townsville RegionProvide venue administrative support the Townsville venue including appointment managementCoordinate administrative deliverables and processesParticipate as a member of the regional administration teamProvide internal and external stakeholders including clients with a high level of customer service through face to face and telephone communicationUse the Client Information System (CIS) to input and update client details and information relating to sessions and appointmentsReceipt money, EFTPOS and cheque transactions in a timely and accurate manner, bank all receipted transactions and complete banking return forms in line with the Financial Procedures.Workdays/hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant, however please note that the position holder will be required to work an evening shift (11.30am to 7.30pm), with some flexibility needed in order to meet business requirements.
