Includes clinical and program performance management, monitoring and reviewComplex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident responseAbility to work evenings or weekends if required to meet operational requirements of the role.About the RoleA full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent Services Manager (internally known as a Team Leader) to join our management team based in Rockhampton. Here’s an exciting opportunity to be part of RAQ’s Operational Management team, giving you access to regular leadership forums and training. The role will lead a range of social services and programs, including counselling and mediation.Under a portfolio of programs, you’ll provide leadership and support to clinical practitioners in the areas of:CounsellingComplex case managementIntake, risk assessment and safety planningGroup sessionsDiary managementPerformance managementProgram developmentIt’s a varied role and a true leadership position in a highly respected quality organisation. You’ll coach, support and mentor a team of qualified professional practitioners to meet contractual performance targets.Base salary band for the role is $88,500 to $98,000 to be negotiated based on relevant experience.
