In this crucial role, you will provide expert leadership and support to our clinical practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. You'll be responsible for case management, clinical decision-making, duty of care issues, and performance management, while also stepping in to provide operational support for our Regional Manager's when required.  About you  To be successful in this position, you have:   Undergraduate qualification in Social or Behavioural Sciences.Substantial experience in providing case management, consultation, and support to clinical practitioners.Experience managing a team including performance management, monitoring and review.Experience in client service delivery including but not limited to; complex case management, assessment, intake and risk screening, case planning, case reviews, co-service delivery and critical incident response.A strong understanding of Family Law, and counselling or family dispute resolution. We Can Offer You  The salary is being offered between $105,000.00 to $118,000.00 per annum, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:  Relocation assistance for the right candidate.Additional annual leave over the Christmas period, annual leave loading and study leave. Salary packaging options available of up to $15,900, which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay.Paid parental leave and additional benefits such as medical insurance discounts.  A healthy work-life balance; We’re proud of our supportive and flexible culture.
