About the role
RAQ are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for a permanent full-time position as Local Service Manager (Team Leader), providing support across our Central Queensland venues. This role has the flexibility to operate from either our Mackay or Rockhampton venues. If you’re a passionate clinical leader ready to make a significant impact in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a dynamic team leader to oversee our front-line service delivery. In this crucial role, you will provide expert leadership and support to our clinical practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. You'll be responsible for case management, clinical decision-making, duty of care issues, and performance management, while also stepping in to provide operational support for our Regional Manager's when required.
About you
To be successful in this position, you have:
- An undergraduate degree in Business, Psychology, Education, or Workplace Training & Assessment, with a preference for Project Management qualifications.
- Proven experience in workplace training, learning and development consultation, and instructional design, including the delivery of effective learning programs.
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and a strong background in project management and organisational development.
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and produce high-quality written reports.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and strong data analysis capabilities.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement to foster a culture of excellence within the organisation.
We Can Offer You
The salary is being offered between $105,000.00 to $118,000.00 per annum, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:
