Together, we’ll find a way to healthier relationships.   About the role Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the Central Queensland and Whitsunday region. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our community. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all RAQ venues within the Central QLD & Whitsunday portfolio. You will contribute to organisational planning, reporting, business development, and the implementation of policies and procedures.  Additionally, you will:Provide effective and positive leadership to Team Leaders and venue employees, fostering a culture of cohesive and responsive service provision. Oversee all HR responsibilities for direct reports. Develop and implement region-specific operational plans, monitor KPIs, analyse business information to drive improvements, and prepare reports for the Head of Operations. Lead the delivery of services responsive to the regional community profile, develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy, and represent RAQ as required. Facilitate ISO Quality Management accreditation processes, ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements, and promote ongoing feedback opportunities for employees. Implement, monitor, and review regional budgets and employee establishment, and manage regional assets.  About you  To thrive in this role, you are a highly motivated and experienced leader with a strong understanding of community service provision and a proven track record of success in managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse locations. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families. Relevant undergraduate qualification in Business, Social/Behavioural Sciences and/or Law. Significant experience at a leadership level, managing multi-disciplinary services across geographically diverse locations. Knowledge of current theory and practice relating to community service provision. Demonstrated success in implementing, managing, and reporting on budgets. Highly desirable - Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, experience spanning employee relations issues, understanding of Family Law, counselling, and family dispute resolution & knowledge of the Not-for-Profit sector and relevant government departments.  We Can Offer You The salary is being offered between $114,000.00 to $118,000.00 per annum, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
