Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join our People and Culture (P&C) team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based at our corporate services office in Eight Mile Plains, you will report directly to the Head of People and Culture and play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s learning and development strategies. This position is integral to ensuring that RAQ adopts a customer-focused, contemporary approach to learning, working closely with People and Culture Business Partners and Senior Leaders across the business. As a key contributor to leadership development and core capability training, you will manage and deliver strategic projects, aligning your efforts with organisational priorities to effectively resource areas of need and foster ongoing growth and wellbeing across RAQ. Additionally, you will: Lead and develop multi-modal learning solutions—designing, revising, and delivering e-learning, virtual, and face-to-face training aligned with organisational goals and leadership development. Integrate leadership development into instructional design and learning resources, fostering growth, capability, and alignment with RAQ’s strategic goals. Collaborate with subject matter experts and staff—identifying training needs and creating effective learning resources for both clinical and non-clinical employees. Advise on best-practice learning methods—incorporating adult and experiential learning principles to ensure impactful and engaging training experiences. Coordinate and deliver training programs—overseeing end-to-end training logistics for webinars, e-learning, and face-to-face sessions. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS)—tracking, reporting, and administering training, while supporting staff in using the system effectively. Report and analyse learning outcomes—supporting audits, maintaining records, and providing data-driven recommendations to continuously improve learning at RAQ.  About you  We’re looking for a creative and collaborative professional who is passionate about designing and delivering impactful learning experiences.
