About the role

RAQ is seeking a talented and motivated ICT Service Desk Officer to provide first-class support for our applications and systems. As the first point of contact for our users, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for managing service requests, resolving issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will:
Contribute to improving service desk operations to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune policies for device enrolment, security compliance, and application deployment.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
Provide support for our end users in our core system applications
Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to streamline routine IT operations and improve efficiency.
Effectively manage projects and timelines to ensure the successful achievement of project goals.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflect on feedback to improve performance.
About you
To excel in this role, you are a highly motivated and skilled IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. You have a strong background in IT, with a focus on problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Additionally, you have:
Vendor Certifications including Microsoft, Cisco or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years industry experience as a level 2 IT technician
Demonstrated experience in Powershell scripting & automation
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Defender, Co-Pilot, InTune, One Drive, Sharepoint & Teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Always think out of the box and be proactive in your approach to new challenges.
We Can Offer You
The salary is being offered between $71,000.00 to $78,000.00 per annum, depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:
