About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-oriented Administrative Officer for a permanent, part-time role (60 hours a fortnight) at our Spring Hill venue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and deliver essential administrative activities while providing exceptional service to our clients. As the face of our organisation, you will manage the venue's reception area, handle administrative support, and ensure smooth operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Additionally, you will:
Manage the venue reception area, ensuring high-level customer service through face-to-face and telephone communication.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, coordination of counselling rooms, and maintaining client records in the Client Information System (CIS).
Process financial transactions accurately, including invoicing and banking, while managing a web-based petty cash system.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures and assist with debt management and financial reporting.
Undertake additional duties as directed by the reporting manager to support the overall objectives of RAQ.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Experience in an administrative role and in providing face-to-face, email and telephone customer service.
Experience with managing challenging customer interactions in a professional manner.
Demonstrated effective time management, attention to detail, prioritising, and organisational skills.
The ability to multitask and work independently.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
We Can Offer You
The salary is being offered between $65,000 to $71,000.00 per annum, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:
